Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

· The product arrives damaged, broken, or leaked;

· We sent the wrong product;

· The product is missing from the order;

· The product has a verified quality defect.

Change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect purchase choice is not eligible for return once the product has been opened or used.

2. Return Process

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide:

· Your order number;

· Clear photos of the product and packaging;

· Evidence of damage, defect, or error.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return request, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We may reject returns for opened, used, damaged due to customer misuse, or items returned without original packaging.
